Young Art Records is the imprint launched by recording artist TOKiMONSTA in 2014 with the release of her album Desiderium. The Los Angeles-based dj/producer previously released music on venerable labels including Ultra and Brainfeeder--headed by Flying Lotus. Like Lotus with Brainfeeder, TOKiMONSTA wanted a home to help nurture the creative output of her friends, in addition to releasing her own work. Young Art has gone on to release TOKI’s collaborations with disco-pop singer Gavin Turek and breakout artist Anderson .Paak. Montreal producer CRi has also been added to the roster. TOKiMOSTA’s latest mini-album #FOVERE is out now Young Art Records.
